You receive 20% of every subscription payment from customers who subscribe through your link, for as long as they keep a paid plan. Each calendar month stands on its own: if you bring 30 or more new customers that month (customers paying their first subscription), you get an extra 5% on every subscription your customers pay that month (25% in total); with 60 or more, an extra 10% (30%). The bonus is calculated after the month closes and does not carry over to the next month. You also receive 2% of every credit pack those customers buy.
Each commission stays pending for 30 days after the customer pays and then moves to your available balance. You can request a withdrawal from €50. We pay by bank transfer, to the IBAN you provide, in euros.

Paid ads pointing to SideHustle, bidding on our name in search, offers we haven't given you, or referring yourself.
We may suspend anyone who doesn't follow these rules.
A commission is only earned on purchases actually paid and kept. If the purchase that produced it is refunded, cancelled, disputed with the bank (chargeback) or found to be fraudulent, the commission is cancelled and, if already paid, we deduct it from future payments or ask for it back. The commission on a subscription only counts while the subscription is active and paid.
You may not: refer yourself or accounts linked to you; create fake accounts or purchases; use third parties' cards; encourage purchases with false or misleading information (for example promises of guaranteed earnings); advertise in paid search using the brand name; or send unsolicited messages (spam). In case of suspicion or proof of breach we may withhold payments, cancel commissions, suspend or close the affiliate account, without prejudice to other rights.
You must clearly disclose, in each promotion, that you use an affiliate link and comply with advertising law and each platform's rules. You alone are responsible for the content you publish.
You are an independent partner: you are not an employee, agent or representative of SideHustle and cannot bind us. You are responsible for your taxes on commissions and for issuing the documents the law requires. We may require identification and tax details to pay. We process affiliate data under the Privacy Policy. To attribute commissions we use cookies (code, channel and an anonymous identifier, for 30 days).
We may change the tiers, deadlines and these terms with reasonable notice, going forward. Either party may end participation at any time; commissions already earned and confirmed are paid under these terms, after deducting reversed amounts. We do not guarantee earnings or a minimum number of sales.
